From the Corner of the Circle L: A Recipe from the Circle L's Chuck Wagon

1- 7.05 oz package of Vermicelli noodles

1- 10 oz Can of Tomatoes and Chilies

1- 32 oz Box of Beef Cooking Stock

1 lb Hamburger cooked
1- Tbsp Chugwater Chili
Shredded Cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped Tomatoes
Hot Salsa of your choice

Bring the cooking stock to a rapid boil, add vermicelli noodles, Chugwater Chili, cooked hamburger and canned tomatoes. Cook until noodles are soft.

Garnish with lettuce, cheese and chopped tomatoes, and hot sauce if you desire.

I Serve Circle L's Vermicelli with Beef Tacos.
