And it shall come to pass, that thy choicest valleys shall be full of chariots, and the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.

Isaiah 22:7

Do you understand this? God will help us in our lives, but we cast the deciding vote.

If we choose to stay focused on the negative elements in our lives, if we focus on what we cannot do and what we don't have, then by our own choice we are agreeing to be defeated. If we let destructive thoughts, words, actions and attitudes into our lives, they open the wrong doors and they will dominate our lives.

This past week I have been thankful for choices that we have.  I am grateful for our freedoms. Have you ever thought about who will be affected by your choices?  I try to think of who all will be affected when I make my choices.  When you think about the outcome, you might change your choices.

If we have a connection to God and if we focus on our possibilities, our faith will cause God to work in our lives. It depends on our outlook.

We are today what we believe about ourselves yesterday. And we will be tomorrow what we believe about ourselves right now.

Happy Monday!!  Hope you have a good week!
