Fun Fact Friday!

This weeks fun fact Friday is all about Hormones.

This little girl of mine, I'm going to let her shine.
I am sure that you have heard that red meat is the main cause of early puberty in children. However, eating beef that has had a hormone implant, shows no health effect to us. In fact, I feed my family hormone treated beef. Height, weight, diet, exercise and family history all influence the age at puberty. As you see below, eggs have more estrogen in them, than steak. My fun fact Friday, proves that red meat is not the cause of early puberty.
