Cinnamon Rolls!!

These were so easy and good.

Here it is folks!!
The cinnamon roll recipe.
They really are good. They are really easy. They don't have to set and raise. This is now my go to recipe.  I had no left overs. I used the recipe off the box of Jiffy Mix but added a little more love to the recipe.  Here it is:

Cinnamon Rolls

(Makes 12-15 Rolls)

2 cups "JIFFY" Baking Mix
3 1/2 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup (I used Honey)

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Grease an 8” square pan.  Blend baking mix, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons sugar until crumbly. Add milk to form soft dough.  On floured surface, knead 6-8 times or more, until you like the feel. Roll out to 15” x 8” rectangle.  Spread with butter.  Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.  Drizzle with honey or corn syrup.  Roll up and slice.  Place in pan.  Bake 15 - 20 minutes. Frost them with your favorite Cream Cheese Frosting.  Enjoy!!

(Note: I doubled this recipe and cut the cinnamon rolls bigger and used a 9 x 13 pan.)

Cheese Frosting.

Ingredients
½ cup butter (softened)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 lb powdered sugar or so

Beat the butter and cream cheese until nice and fluffy. Add in the vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until nice and smooth. Test the consistency of the frosting. Too thin? Add powdered sugar 2 tablespoons at a time.
Too thick? Add a teaspoon of milk at a time.

This mix is awesome.
